We offer fast and convenient charging of electric vehicles in strategic locations throughout Poland. We are developing to provide you with comfortable access to energy while travelling.
At MOYA energia stations, you can charge one-time, using your bank card or with the Super MOYA app. The app currently allows for registration of users from Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
Messages on the charging stations screen are available in the following languages: Polish, English, German, French, Spanish.

Charging with a bank card
When paying through the payment terminal, we will block funds on your card for the amount you specify – 100 PLN/200 PLN/300 PLN. If you don’t use the entire amount, it will be returned to your account.

Select Rozpocznij ładowanie (Start charging) on the payment terminal

Select the charging plug on the terminal screen

Step 3
Enter your phone number – we will send a transaction confirmation to the provided number

Enter your NIP (tax identification number) and confirm your company details,
If you don’t want to receive an invoice, select Pomiń (Skip)

Select the pre-authorization amount on the terminal (100 PLN/200 PLN/300 PLN)

Select Zapłać (Pay), then tap your payment card on the terminal

Step 7
After the message appears — podłącz kabel do pojazdu (connect the cable to the vehicle) and start charging

Step 8
After charging to the expected level, end the charging from your vehicle or from the charger screen

Step 9
Detach the charging cable from the vehicle and return it to the charging station
Leave the charging spot within 30 minutes, otherwise a parking fee of 24.60 PLN per hour will be charged

Add your payment card details: Numer karty płatniczej (Payment card number), Imię i nazwisko (First and last name), MM/RR (card expiration date) and kod CVV (CVV code)
Click Dalej (Next) and wait for the card authorization

On the main screen, change the app mode from Tankowanie (Refueling) to Ładowanie (Charging)

Click Ładuj (Charge) on the bottom bar

Select the charging plug in the app

Indicate whether you want to receive an invoice (TAK (Yes) or NIE (No))

Confirm the payment details and complete the process

FAQ
Is the Super MOYA app available in my language?
Currently, the Super MOYA app only supports Polish. Nevertheless, we are developing to provide you with the best possible product.
Can I pay for charging in a currency other than PLN?
Both the terminal and the Super MOYA app will charge for charging in PLN (Polish PLNoty), but your card will automatically convert the amount to the correct currency.
ANWIM S.A. is not responsible for the amount of commission charged by financial institutions during automatic currency conversion in foreign transactions. The customer is obliged to independently verify the costs associated with currency conversion from their payment service provider.
Do I need an account in the app to start charging?
You can use the one-time charging option without registration, using the payment terminal. However, we encourage you to register in the Super MOYA app, which guarantees lower prices per kWh and additional charging benefits.
Can I start charging without Internet access/mobile data roaming?
Yes, you can always use the payment terminal at the station, which does not require an Internet connection on your phone. Card payment works regardless of data roaming availability in your mobile network.
